Mesh inserts run up the side panels and down each arm to help boost airflow, ultimately keeping you cooler during the game. Grip print on the elbows helps lock in your elbow pads so they don't shift during play.

The Long Sleeve Grip Shirt is also constructed with Raglan sleeves, a design that provides a much more comfortable fit and a greater range of motion.
